Shipping
In most cases, your order will be sent out within one week. Thursdays are my shipping days and as such your order will likely be sent out on the Thursday following your purchase. Please note however that I am the sole artist, printer, packager, and shipper, and as such there are the potential for delays. You should allow up to three weeks for delivery, and International orders may take longer depending on transit times to your country. If the wait is especially long, you can expect a thank you surprise for your patience!
If you need something by a specific date, please contact me as soon as possible and I’ll do my best to find a solution.
Packaging
Large prints and drawings are rolled in paper and shipped in sturdy packaging tubes. All other artwork is packaged in sleeves and shipped in rigid materials.
Returns
In the case that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact me right away and I will issue a refund or replacement. In some cases, I may request a photo of the damage or that you send the item back, in which case I will pay for return shipping.
Lost Orders
In the event that your order is misplaced, please contact me. I will be able to verify when your order was sent out and check its tracking status.
International Orders
At this time, I am unable to offer international shipping. As a small business, I don’t currently have to means to fulfill orders more than domestically. I apologize for any inconvenience, and thank you for your understanding.
Tattoos
I am currently a practicing tattoo artist. If you’d like more information on my booking process, please take a look at my instagram page, I’ll have listed there whether my books are open or closed. Please note, I don’t respond to messages about tattooing during closed booking cycles.
